The developer of this property recognised the importance of offering the purchaser added value. The house has been cabled to provide an automated home capable of delivering the latest developments in audio visual technology.
Each room has been wired to take a wall mounted keypad allowing the eventual owner the possibility of complete control of the system at the touch of a button. The design also allows for sound and vision to be enjoyed throughout the house and music in the garden.
The screens are hardwired to the equipment rack housed in a cupboard designed to keep all the hardware discreetly hidden and sound is channelled through recessed ceiling speakers.
The result is a family home which is easy to use and ready for the owner to enjoy TV immediately with the flexibility to add to the system at a later date.
